All products are made to order and typically ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes! Most apparel items can be customized with your athlete’s name, number, and sport icon. The product page will show personalization options and you’ll see a live preview before checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • Personalized items: Because these are custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Non-personalized items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unworn and in original condition.

How much money goes back to the team?

50% of profits from every purchase go directly to your team’s booster club. This fundraising model ensures programs get meaningful support with every order.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, Boosted Threadz ships within the United States only. We plan to expand in the future.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. Our shirts and hoodies use standard unisex sizing. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

How do I track my order?

How do teams sign up for fundraising?

It’s simple — booster clubs and organizations can visit our Fundraising Info page or Contact Us directly. We’ll set up a free online shop for your team with no upfront cost.
